Kari Hilwig is a licensed clinical social worker and senior bereavement clinician at the Journey Grief Support program with Seattle Children's Hospital. She also maintains a private therapy practice focusing on adult individuals experiencing serious illness, grief and loss, and caregiver stress and burnout. Kari has extensive experience facilitating support groups, leading grief workshops, and presenting on topics related to illness, palliative care, and grief. As a relational, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed therapist, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to those navigating life’s most challenging transitions.
